The stats about my own home town i personally don't live in Manville or Eastport i live in Remsenberg-Speonk right on the school border of ESM and Westhampton.
The average household income of my town is: 97,074
the median house price here is: 561,536
for detached houses it is 811,000
there are 2,348 white people 209 hispanic people 33 african americans 2 american indians and 1 pacific islander
The main jobs of my town are construction scientific research and doctors for males
for females it is education social work and public administration
My area is highly democratic
we also almost double the New York state average with people who have a doctorate degree
So my town and Manorville are very similar towns and don't have many differences.
