Clearly obamas plan that he announced is not going to be used, because he is stating that he has not decided on a strike. It is ridiculous that he is announcing every move because the members of Isis are able to hack into our media and obviously will use his mistakes to their advantages. This cartoon emphasizes the fact that we are not using the element of surprise to our advantage when dealing with the rebels.
