As we become more involved in ISIS it's becoming apparent that the USA doesn't know what they're doing. Obama's four-point plan has not been effective. Like this cartoon says, ISIS is like nothing the USA has ever encountered before. We need a way to control the whole ISIS situation and the bombing will not do that. I don't think that the strategy of controlling the ISIS situation should be trying to demolish their population because it is impossible. You cannot kill an idea. A better approach would be to try to get ISIS under control and negotiate with them. There is no way to eliminate them. The fact that we are not handling ISIS the correct way is depicted by this cartoon.
